At Su Casa Conectada we respect your privacy. This page explains what data we collect through the contact form, why, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

When you use the contact form, we collect only:

We do not collect sensitive data or use it for profiling. Along with your message we record the submission date and the page of origin, for administrative purposes.

Purpose and legal basis

We use your data solely to respond to your enquiry and follow up on the project you describe. The basis is your consent, given when you tick the form checkbox. Processing is carried out in line with Costa Rica's Law No. 8968 on the Protection of Personal Data.

Retention

We keep your request for as long as needed to handle it and, if a project goes ahead, for the duration of the business relationship. You can ask for its deletion at any time.

Who we share data with

We do not sell or share your data with third parties. To operate, the site relies on technical providers that may process data on our behalf, such as the email service (to deliver your reply) and, if enabled, the Cloudflare Turnstile anti-bot system, which verifies that a submission comes from a person.

Cookies

This site does not use analytics or advertising cookies. Only strictly technical cookies needed for form security may be used. If we add measurement tools in the future, we will ask for your prior consent.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification or deletion of your data, and withdraw your consent, by writing to hola@sucasaconectada.com.
